About Me

I’m Sudhakshina—but most people call me Sue—the founder and head chef of Cocoa & Chilli. What began as a hobby quickly became my passion, taking me from catering under Pretty Baked to working in cafés and restaurants across Dubai.

My love for sourdough and curiosity for flavors led me to France, where I trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and sharpened my bread-making skills. With over a decade of experience, I launched Cocoa & Chilli in 2021, an Indo-French inspired bakehouse where I create artisan breads and viennoiserie that celebrate tradition with a touch of innovation.
